Opportunity

About the Position

As a Site Engineer at Pinheirinho, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day construction activities. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, and architects to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsabilities include:

  • Supervising on-site construction operations and teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and external contractors.
  • Reporting progress and technical issues to the project management team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in site management, preferably in large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Comporta on a full-time basis.
