Telmo Silva brings over 25 years of experience in the financial sector and is a key member of VIC Properties’ leadership team.
He began his career in financial audit as a Senior Auditor at Mazars, where he developed strong expertise in financial control, risk management, and reporting.
Over the past 20 years, Telmo has built deep knowledge of the Portuguese real estate market, with direct involvement in the financial management and oversight of several large-scale and landmark development projects.

His professional journey is defined by the technical rigour required to sustain highly complex operations.

As Chief Financial Officer of VIC Properties, he leads the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust governance and supporting the successful delivery of its flagship developments. His role is crucial in maintaining the financial resilience that allows VIC Properties to achieve its long-term vision for the real estate market.
