Margarida has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and business sectors, gained as Director of the Legal Department at one of Portugal’s largest corporate groups in construction and real estate development.
She has advised on numerous real estate, commercial, and financial transactions, providing strategic legal guidance across complex projects.
Margarida also has extensive experience in law and public procurement, collaborating as a legal advisor with public entities and public sector companies. She holds a law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and has completed advanced studies in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Taxation.
As Legal Counsel at VIC Properties, Margarida ensures the company’s operations and developments meet the highest legal and regulatory standards.
