Luís Cabecinha has over 15 years of international experience in project management, having worked in Portugal, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland.
He brings wide-ranging expertise in the organisation and oversight of large-scale project portfolios.
Luís holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a specialisation in Urban Planning, Systems, and Transport. He is accredited by the Portuguese Order of Engineers and certified as a Project Manager by the Association for Project Management.
As Project Manager at VIC Properties, Luís oversees the planning and execution of the company’s developments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
