Located in the heart of Marvila, Prata Riverside Village, a riverside neighbourhood developed by VIC Properties, has already been chosen by more than 600 families as their home. With a total of 833 apartments, 491 of which have already been completed, the development has established itself as one of the main drivers behind the transformation of Lisbon’s eastern waterfront.
Of the 611 units already sold, more than half have been acquired by domestic buyers, with 35 apartments currently available for sale.
With seven buildings completed — The One, Riverside, West, Square, Urban, Park and South — Prata Riverside Village has established itself as a vibrant and multicultural community, with residents from more than 40 nationalities. The Factory and Art buildings are currently under construction and will add a further 155 apartments to the project. Only two buildings remain to be launched, which will complete the development designed by Renzo Piano.
