As Head of Hospitality Projects at VIC Properties, Sílvia leads the design, architecture, and delivery strategy of the firm’s luxury hospitality portfolio, reporting directly to the C-suite and ensuring seamless alignment between ownership vision, international brand standards, and technical excellence.
