This developer should complete the works on the entire project by the end of 2023.

Lisbon, April 29, 2020. VIC Properties SA (“VIC Properties”), the developer in charge of some of the biggest residential projects in Lisbon, started the construction of three more buildings at Prata Riverside Village, a project designed by the acclaimed Italian architect Renzo Piano.

Located right by the river, a few meters from the Tagus riverbank, and directly connected to Parque das Nações, Prata Riverside Village, considered the Best Real Estate Development in the Dwellings category in Portugal (SIL 2019 Award), keeps developing at an excellent pace of construction, witnessing a high level of demand from those wishing to live there.

“We are committed to developing the entire project quickly,” said Luís Gamboa, this promoter’s Chief Operating Officer, recalling that the company sticks to its plan of “finishing the works on the entire project by the end of 2023”.

During April, the promoter started the construction of a new building at Prata Riverside Village, and in May, works shall begin on another building, which together offers a total of 172 apartments. Further 107 apartments from another plot, already under construction, will be added and these three major works are due to be completed during 2021.

The second building of the project will be completed this year, consisting of 40 apartments, in addition to the first completed project, whose 28 apartments are already sold out and inhabited.
