The celebration of urban art and culture, in an invitation to a new way of living Lisbon, give the motto for the presence of VIC Properties in the most important national fair of the real estate sector

VIC Properties S.A. (“VIC Properties”) is once again present at Salão Imobiliário de Portugal – SIL, the most important national real estate fair, which this year takes place in a hybrid format – in person and digital – between the 7th and 10th of October.

In this edition, VIC Properties will mark its presence with a stand dedicated to Prata Riverside Village, in what is already one of the most iconic works of the Portuguese architectural panorama, designed by the Pritzker Prize Renzo Piano, where it will recreate and make known the new life of this Lisbon neighbourhood.

All those visiting SIL will have the opportunity to get to know the experiences that Prata Riverside Village has to offer, such as the Riverside Bike Shop (more than just a bike shop, this is the place where everyone will find help to do what they love most: riding a bike), The Coffee House Experience ( a Delta Cafés space, a place where the ritual of unhurried coffee lives, in an invitation to slow down that has been gradually appreciated) and also the opportunity to meet the work of artist Daniel Campos, aka ENTRE_CAMPØS, symbolizing the connection to the arts well patent in the P’la Arte Market that has been held every month in Prata Riverside Village.

Designed by Pritzker Prize winner Renzo Piano, Prata Riverside Village inspires “a new way of living“, combining modernity and functionality with sustainable and durable material technologies, and will be equipped with shops, restaurants, galleries, bike paths and playgrounds capable of serving not only the resident community, but also of attracting visitors from other Lisbon neighbourhoods. All this, crowned by the Jardim Ribeirinho Oriente and an unparalleled connection to the Tagus.
