“Prata Creative Challenge” initiative to award the most innovative projects in the field of real estate development

Lisbon, October 30, 2019. A truly innovative and transformational real estate project for the city of Lisbon, Prata Riverside Village, a development undertaken by VIC Properties SA (“VIC Properties”), has confirmed its presence in the largest global entrepreneurship and technology event, taking place from November 4 to 7 at Parque das Nações, in Lisbon.

VIC Properties and Prata Riverside Village will be launching in the fourth edition of Web Summit “Prata Creative Challenge”, an initiative challenging not only established companies but also startups, university spinoffs, among others, to submit innovative projects in the field of IT (Information Technologies) and sustainable architecture, such as new domotic apps, intelligent optimisation of natural resources, concierge services or community development, among others.

During the four days of this tech summit, participants at Altice Arena will be able to request more information about this challenge at the Prata Riverside Village stand in this event or via the website  www.pratariversidevillage.com/websummit or via email to emailinfo@pratariversidevillage.com. Proposals can be submitted until December 31.

The winning projects will be awarded according to the promoter’s concept and needs, with the possibility of signing a usage agreement at Prata Riverside Village and/or in other real estate projects by VIC Properties, having also the unique opportunity to become also one of the first companies to settle in one of the office spaces to be built in this development with stunning views of the Tagus River.

In addition to the “Prata Creative Challenge” challenge, Prata Riverside Village has some specific activations in store for the four-day duration of this event, such as special conditions for the sale of apartments during the event; establishing an A-list of “pioneer” contacts for privileged leasing to companies and individuals of apartments and office and co-work spaces.
