VIC Properties is about to complete the sale of the first phase of plots at Pinheirinho Comporta, with more than 70% of the 120 plots initially available having been sold. These plots allow buyers to build their own homes, in accordance with pre-established design and architectural criteria.

With more than 24 properties currently under construction, this number is expected to reach 50 units by the end of the first half of the year, reflecting the consistent pace of the project’s development.

In terms of demand, the domestic market has been leading the way, with Portuguese buyers accounting for more than 75% of purchases at this stage, followed by customers from more than ten countries, notably France, Brazil, the United States, and the United Kingdom, highlighting the international appeal of the project.

Covering an area of 400 hectares, Pinheirinho Comporta seeks to embody the connection between architecture and nature, offering hotels, apartments, villas and branded residences that prioritise quality and diversity in the services they provide.

This development benefits from unique views over the pine forest and the existing golf course.
