In Prata Riverside Village, over 85% of the 107 apartments
of the West building are sold. Commercialization of the Urban already exceeds 30%.

VIC Properties S.A. (“VIC Properties“), the promoter in charge of some of the biggest residential projects in Portugal, started the commercialization of the 107 apartments of Edíficio Square, located in the heart of Prata Riverside Village, a project designed by the acclaimed Italian architect Renzo Piano.

With prices starting from 380 thousand euros, the Square is composed by apartments that vary between T0 and T3 +1. As in the previous buildings, the concern with energy efficiency and electric mobility was not left to chance. As such, all apartments have a solar thermal system with a water heating tank and parking spaces with their own electric charger.

With the start of the commercialization of Square, VIC Properties reinforces the available supply of Prata Riverside Village, which continues to experience strong demand. The 68 apartments in the two already completed buildings, The One and Riverside, are fully commercialized and inhabited, while sales of the buildings under construction are proceeding at a high pace.

The West, whose works will be concluded in the first quarter of 2022, is composed by another 107 apartments, of which more than 85% have already been sold. In the Urban, which will be ready by the end of 2022, more than 30% of its 65 apartments have been sold to date. The Edíficio Park, composed of 56 apartments, will be the next to be built.

In aggregate, VIC Properties has already completed the sale of over 75% of the 240 apartments placed on the market.

“These numbers prove the high interest that Prata Riverside Village has generated. Besides the buildings themselves being a work of art, signed by a Pritzker Prize winner, Prata offers unique characteristics, both in the materials used in construction and finishes, and in the location. We are talking about the only new development on the front line of the Tagus River and with a connection to the Parque Ribeirinho Oriente, which allows Prata’s inhabitants, the residents of Marvila and the hundreds of people who pass through this area of Lisbon every day to enjoy the Tagus and green spaces, with commerce and leisure areas“, says Luís Gamboa, Chief Operating Officer of VIC Properties.

“Day after day, the Prata neighbourhood becomes more consolidated. This year, we saw the opening of the first commercial spaces, which are already serving the residents of Marvila and all those who work or visit this parish. We have promoted sports events, such as the Triathlon World Cup, and cultural events, such as the P’la Arte Market, which takes place on the first Saturday of each month. And we are also remodelling the Prata Central Square to gain more dimension and amplitude”, stresses Luís Gamboa.
